Flanagan Fitness can provide a custom designed, high-quality, fun oriented, fully staffed & managed fitness program. 

Don’t have an onsite fitness facility? 
No problem! Flanagan Fitness can provide a group exercise program specifically designed for you and your available space. Whether it is a relaxing yoga class, a lively Zumba® experience or an intense boot camp class, we can provide something to fit everyone’s taste!

All we need from you is a large room or space, indoor or outdoor, that can be made available to hold scheduled classes. We then create and organize class schedules based on your available resources, and your residents’ preferences!  


Group Fitness Classes 
Hatha Yoga – This is a good introduction to the fundamentals of yoga with an explanation of the postures combined with the correct breathing techniques. A Hatha practice takes you through a variety of poses; each of which target different areas of your body. The key is to learn to go at your own pace and not push past your own peaceful level. Simply learn to practice with your own unique needs, taking breaks when needed and the journey will continue with enhanced inner awareness, peace of mind, greater ease and clarity. 

Body Sculpt – A high energy, non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, focused on full body toning and strengthening. Body sculpt workouts will help you in reducing fat while reshaping your physique. 
U-Jam Fitness ™ An intense cardio-dance fitness program that unites world beats with urban flavor, while toning your entire body. 

Zumba®- A high energy dance workout that combines both Latin and International rhythms with cardiovascular exercise. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating. 

Zumba®Toning – When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). Learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all the target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba® Toning is the perfect way to sculpt you body naturally while having a total blast. 

Aqua Zumba®- Splash your way into shape with an invigorating low-impact aquatic exercise. Known as the Zumba® “pool party,” the Aqua Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of a refreshing workout. Integrating the Zumba ® philosophy with traditional aquatic fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba® blends it all together into workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief. 

PiYo - a fun, challenging class fusing Pilates and Yoga. You will burn calories, tone muscles, work on balance and get a great stretch! The class is a little different each time, but always a great workout!

Bombay Jam ® - Incorporates cardio and toning routines into one action packed total body workout, and routines are set to custom music mixes created by Bombay’s hottest DJs. The music is a blend of Bollywood and mainstream Top 40 tracks, resulting in one-of-a-kind mixes that are refreshing, energizing and universally appealing. The cardio routines incorporate basic, easy to follow dance fitness moves full of Bollywood flare, and the toning segment focuses on sculpting long, lean muscle. In just an hour-long class, you can burn hundreds of calories!

Indoor cycle – This class combines energizing music with a vigorous workout. You’ll climb hills, pass riders on the flats and maybe even do a few time trials. Get ready to sweat! No bike riding experience needed.

Raise the Barre – This class uses a unique combination of ballet barre work and Pilates. Light weights, Pilates balls, the mat and ballet barre will be used to strengthen, tone and lengthen your entire body. 

Boot Camp – This is a full body strength training and cardiovascular workout. Unlike military boot camps there is no yelling or screaming. Our instructors encourage you to do your personal best regardless of your fitness level. 

STRONG by Zumba™- Fitness enthusiasts and students looking for a more challenging, high intensity interval training workout
With most workout programs, music is an afterthought. The music in STRONG by Zumba™ was crafted to drive the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout. The result? A group fitness experience like no other. Moving in sync with music makes you work harder. This class will push you past your plateaus to help you reach your fitness goals faster.
