We customize each fitness program to meet the individual client’s needs and goals supplying as much guidance as needed including dietary counseling.
Don't have a gym membership or expensive equipment?
Regardless of what facilities the client has available, we can design an appropriately challenging fitness program utilizing a full commercial gym or a clients own body weight and some basic equipment.
Single person sessions (All sessions are 1/2 hour in length)
1-5 sessions $55.00 per session
6-9 sessions $50.00 per session
10+ sessions $45.00 per session
Buddy sessions (2 people) (All sessions are 1/2 hour in length)
1-5 sessions $75.00 per session
6-9 sessions $70.00 per session
10+ session $60.00 per session
